Alan Turner's Success Story
After a long and hard fight to get schools to acknolaged that I was dyslexic, we where told about the LDA and thought we Would ask them for advise. We spoke to Fiona hossak and I started to receive private lessons at home with Dorothy. After a few lessons we where told that there was a space at the LDA workshop so I went every Saturday for an hour, still with Dorothy. I saw the computer room and had a look, and I liked it so much that I started an hour in the computer after a lesson with Dorothy (This was when we had the acorns long time ago)
7 years later while still having lessons I was asked if I would like to teach in the computer room because I had learnt a lot and they said they couldn't teach me much more so I started teaching. I have never regretted it since
